Do Stoke deliver outside of Singapore?

At the moment, Stoke only deliver within Singapore.

How many days before my BBQ party should I have my BBQ parcel delivered?

As the meats will require thawing, and we recommend at least 24 hours of thawing in the refrigerator, we suggest that you schedule delivery around 2 days prior to your BBQ party. However, if your BBQ party schedule is not confirmed, you may also schedule for delivery of your BBQ parcel even a week or two in advance, and simply keep the meats in the freezer, and the chilled items in the refrigerator.

Why do you charge for delivery to certain areas in Singapore?

Our delivery service is free. However, a S$10 surcharge applies for deliveries to the following locations to cover gantry, handling, and/or parking charges: Changi Coast Road, Jurong Island, Loyang, Sentosa, Tuas, White Sands (Pasir Ris), army camps, chalets, fishery ports and restricted zones.

Do you recommend any marinades for the meats?

Our meats are of premium quality and are naturally-flavoured as a result of the way that the livestock were raised by their artisan farmers. Thus, we believe that the meats are best enjoyed with salt, pepper, and perhaps some herbs.

Do you include side dishes and salads in you BBQ parcels?

Our BBQ parcels include gourmet appetisers to start off your meal, premium cuts of meat for the grill, and a recipe card to help you create your own sides and salads. I am planning a BBQ party but do not have a grill. Can you help?

I do not eat a certain item in the BBQ parcel. Can you change this for me?
